Delete your account
You can request deletion of your CookBird account and all data associated with it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email support@cookbird.nl from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm your identity, delete your account, and reply once it's done - usually within a few days.
What gets deleted
- Your account (name, email, login)
- Recipes, shopping lists and meal plans
- Food log entries and body-goal data (weight, height, calorie targets)
- Uploaded photos
- Community posts and comments
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Data may be retained briefly in backups before it's fully purged, and we may keep records legally required for tax or billing purposes.
